Health Vision guarantees all products for at least 30 days.


To request a refund, you can simply submit a ticket.


In the subject, type REFUND


In the body, include your order number, date, cost, and the name and email address of your order transaction.  You can also just copy and past your email receipt.


Include why you are not satisfied with the product.  Don't worry, any answer will do.


All refunds will be promptly administered.  We have been in business since the 1980's and have had few refunds, but always take care of the request immediately.
